If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Routined.

Routined is a habit-forming and identity-building application. It is: • A personal productivity and self-development tool • An accountability system between you and people you choose • An AI-assisted coaching experience for habit formation Routined is not: • A medical or therapeutic service • A substitute for professional mental health support • A clinical intervention for addiction, behavioural disorder, or medical condition Nothing within Routined should be construed as medical advice. If you have mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

By joining our waitlist, you: • Provide your email address to receive product updates and launch communications • Agree that we may contact you with relevant Routined news (you can unsubscribe at any time) • Understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access or any specific feature set We reserve the right to modify waitlist terms, access priorities, or cancel the waitlist at any time without obligation.

As a user of Routined, you agree to: • Provide accurate information when creating your account or completing forms • Use Routined for lawful personal development purposes only • Respect other users, including accountability partners, with courtesy and good faith • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of our platform • Not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Routined connects users with accountability partners they choose. You agree that: • You will only connect with people who have consented to the accountability relationship • You will not use accountability features to harass, pressure, or surveil others • Routined is not responsible for the conduct of other users, including partners • Any disputes with accountability partners are between those individuals We reserve the right to remove users who misuse the accountability system.

Routined uses AI to provide insights, suggestions, and reflections. You acknowledge that: • AI outputs are suggestions, not instructions or clinical recommendations • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your circumstances • You retain full autonomy over your choices and habits • Routined AI is not a therapist, coach, or licensed professional We continuously work to improve our AI features, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Routined are owned by or licensed to us. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Routined's branding or interface without permission • Use our name, logo, or visual identity in ways that imply endorsement • Create derivative works based on our proprietary software Your personal data and habit records remain yours. We do not claim ownership over user-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: • Routined is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use • We are not responsible for outcomes related to habits you form or fail to form • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do: • We will update the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page • For significant changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notification • Continued use of Routined after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Routined is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
