We collect information you provide when you join our waitlist currently limited to your email address and any optional responses you share via the waitlist form. When Routined launches, we may collect: • Habit and intention data you create within the app • Session reflection responses • Usage patterns (timing, frequency, duration) • Device and operating system type (not your device identifier) • Calendar data, only if you explicitly grant access We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health records, financial information, or government ID numbers.

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Routined experience: • To send you waitlist updates and launch notifications • To personalise your in-app experience based on your patterns and preferences • To generate AI-assisted insights about your habits (processed on-device or via privacy-safe inference) • To enable accountability features between you and partners you explicitly choose • To improve Routined's algorithms and product experience in aggregate, anonymised form We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Routined uses AI to surface insights, suggest timing, and support reflection. Here's how we keep this safe: • AI inference is performed using anonymised or on-device processing where possible • Your reflection responses are never used to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent • You can request deletion of your data at any time, including AI-derived insights • AI suggestions are advisory only they are never presented as clinical, therapeutic, or medical guidance

Accountability is at the heart of Routined. When you choose to connect with accountability partners: • You decide exactly what they can see check-ins, wins, or nothing at all • Partners cannot access your reflection content unless you explicitly share it • You can remove a partner at any time • We will never add people to your accountability circle without your explicit action

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account: • Your personal data will be removed within 30 days • Aggregated, anonymised data derived from your usage may be retained for product improvement • Waitlist data is deleted within 90 days of your request You may request your data export or deletion at any time by emailing us.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate: • Tally.so waitlist form collection (governed by their privacy policy) • Analytics tools anonymised, aggregate only (no individual tracking) • Cloud infrastructure providers subject to data processing agreements We will update this list as Routined grows and new services are added.
